�Mrs. Veltmann began working closely with me to develop a strategy to improve the total performance of our Mexico business. She was responsible for upgrading the level of talent in our administrative group in Mexico.

She installed the necessary administrative/financial procedures and processes within our Mexico business, enabling a more effective ability to manage our business.

IFC Solutions was founded by Ale Veltmann, President, with the vision of building highly efficient and competent financial and accounting infrastructures that serve the operations of international companies.

Ale Veltmann has extensive experience in financial management of entrepreneurial businesses in areas such as operational efficiency, profitability, international financial-statement preparation and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and bank financing. Her fluency in Spanish business terminology and culture has enabled her to deal with accounting issues for multinational private and public entities, such as coordinating audits at a worldwide level; leading client-acquisition teams; establishing accounting and financial procedures including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; transfer pricing, IFRS implementation, international payroll and human-resource issues; and training client executives from Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Spain and China. Ale has experience in multiple industries, such as manufacturing, distribution, service, residential construction, financial institutions, and oil and gas�service companies.

Ale Veltmann is a Certified Public Accountant. She received a Bachelor�s of Business Administration with a 4.0 GPA from the University of New Mexico. Ale then began her professional career in 1992 as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She later joined KPMG, LLP, in Houston and became a senior manager. From 2004 to 2006, Ale served as CFO for entrepreneurial companies. She also held a controller position with a $2 billion publicly held oil and gas�services company.

Ale is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has served as Board Member, Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for the Women�s Business Enterprise Alliance and has been a board member of a private oil and gas�service company.
